Had a great New Year stay at this hotel. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities.

The heating system in the room was not working properly and it was quite cold. the view from the room was not as spectacular as expected.

Staying at this luxurious hotel was a great experience. the exclusive amenities in my room fulfilled all my needs. the staff provided excellent service. the spa & wellness center was amazing, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. the massage I received was a full body massage and absolutely relaxing. the garden area was a perfect spot for unwinding. the private facilities in my room were amazing.

The location advantages were perfect for my needs. Cons: the only minor issue I faced was the limited options in the bar/lounge area.
